Rates do not include holidays and hunting season, however we are flexible. Rates are for groups of 6 adults, 17 and under free, limit 6 under 17. Must show proof of hospitalization benefits. Riders ride at own risks with full gear. Waivers are mandatory. Chest protectors, helmets, goggles, motocross boots are mandatory.

Damage deposits of $150.00 required and will be refunded after inspection. Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.

Summer rates exclude hunting, elk festivals and holidays. Reservations are on a first come-first served basis. Non-refundable deposits ( 1/2 cost) are credited to future stays.

Hilltop Lodge with her 300 ft pine tree lined driveway will welcome you to the 2 story upscale lodge! Hilltop Lodge features 3 extra large bedrooms with 2 full modern baths! The master bedroom has mission style furnishings and a queen bed. The other downstairs bedroom has 2 full beds and 2 queen sleeper sofas in the living room. The 3rd bedroom upstairs, has 2 bunks (4 single). Also upstairs, are 2 additional full beds ! A TOTAL OF 11 beds, lodge sleeps 18 people!

Hilltop Lodge features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a formal Queen Ann dining room! The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. All cooking utensils are provided! The super large 17x27 ft. living room has oriental rugs, oak floors, a wood burning fire place, 2 queen sleeper sofas, satellite tv., vcr, cd stereo, telephone, answering machine and air conditioning to truely make this one of Pennsylvania's finest rentable lodges!

The kitchen sunporch (left), makes a cozy morning breakfast nook overlooking the side lawn. The front sun porch has a picturesque view of Hicks Run and the valley.

The newly remodeled upstairs is done in knotty whitepine, (see pictures above), and has it's own seperate kitchenette with double sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster, plus eating utensils. In addition the upstairs features a new 9x12 full bath, small living area, a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunks (4 single), and an additonal 2 full beds ! Great for EXTENDED FAMILY and the KIDS !! Also, in the basement we have added a new all slate POOL TABLE and PING/PONG TABLE !!
